When purchasing on our website, you are welcoming home a "vintage" garnment. Every item is "second hand" and has been worn by it's previous owner, it can be up to 40 years old ! Therefore, it will present signs of use and age. Please understand this before ordering.

We carefully select our garnments from S grade (perfect condition) to B grade (good condition with minor defects). We will always add a comment about the item's condition in the description, and precise any flaw. Items are checked again before being shipped.

It is very important that you read the full description before purchasing.

Some items do not show size indications, we always do provide measurments in the item's description. Please read them and compare them to your clothing to ensure that you purchase the right size. Please allow an error margin of 1-2cm.

Sizes stated on care labels can vary from italian, french, english, american, japanese or universal, each country has different sizing policy, so we really do recommend to check up measurments if you are not familiar with the concerned brand.

Item's color is always stated in the description, some minor changes can occur depending on your computer screen and lightning.

 

We do not accept returns or partial refund for any of these reasons :

- You don't like the item

- The item doesn't fit you

- You would prefer something else on the website

We can proceed to refund only for this specific situation :

- Item not corresponding to the description

If you are in this situation, you must contact us by e-mail within three days after the package is written as delivered on the tracking. Explain your situation with pictures attached if necessary. We will send you a shipping label to send back the item, and will proceed to complete refund after receiving it and making sure that it is in the same condition as we shipped it.

Please note that we do not accept partial refund, or exchanges.
