Shipping policy

Thank you for purchasing with us !

Orders made before 6pm are shipped the same day, after 6pm, they will be shipped the next day. We do not ship on saturday and sunday as the post office is closed.

We do ship worldwide, please read the following table to learn more about our delays and prices, you will always be notified with a tracking number after order's shipment :

IMPORTANT : If you want to make sure that your order arrives to you on time and without any issues, we highly advise you to choose DHL or UPS shipping, especially if you live in the US or in Asia.

For overseas cutomers outside of the european union, custom taxes may apply. We are not responsible for these and will not refund them to you. We can not declare packages as gifts or lowering order's value.

If you have a specific request for shipping (DHL, express next day delivery,...) please email us at lobscurparis@gmail.com, we will be glad to find the best shipping method for you.

If you have any questions or inquiries, such as a problem with tracking your order or the loss of a package, please contact us at lobscurparis@gmail.com, we will do everything to find out what happened.

In case your package is lost, we will contact the shipping company to open an investigation. You will be refunded as soon as the package will be declared as lost by the shipping company. Please note that you will not be refunded if your package has been returned because you didn't picked it up, or wasn't present during the several delivery attempts, we will ship it to you again after receiving it.

Please make sure to give your contacts such as phone number and e mail adress while ordering to make sure you will receive every delivery notification.
