Incredible pair of ankle boots made of a thick, slightly shiny shell cordovan leather, with an interesting texture, stronger at the back. Features a beautiful shape with rounded toes curling up and thin lacings. Small 3cm heel with a single notch.
"Shell cordovan leather" is made of the membrane located between two skin layers in the back of the horse’s rump. It is used “upside down”, which means that what you see on shoes is the flesh side. Thanks to its exceptional resistance, it was first used on armors and shields. It's unique appearance, extreme resistance (and therefore durability) have quickly made it a very sought after leather by manufacturers of beautiful shoes.
